Your wood wall art is shipped via EMS International Express and arrives within 5–10 business days after it leaves our workshop. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no minimum order — just free express shipping to your door.

Safe Packaging Guarantee

Each wood wall art piece is wrapped in protective foam, placed inside a custom-fitted rigid box, and sealed with reinforced corners — specifically engineered to withstand international transit and arrive in perfect condition.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also follow your shipment anytime on our dedicated Track Your Order page — just enter your order number and email to see real-time status.

International Shipping

We proudly ship from Oman to over 100 countries worldwide. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer — Glamorwood has no control over these charges. If you are unsure, we recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.

Order Processing

Because every piece is made by hand in our Oman workshop, processing time depends on the complexity of your artwork:
Standard designs: 3–5 business days
Medium complexity: 5–7 business days
Complex / highly detailed pieces: 7–10 business days

You will also see a live Estimated Delivery Date on every product page before you order — this gives you a realistic window based on your location and the piece you have chosen. Actual delivery may arrive slightly earlier or later.

How long will it take to receive my wood wall art?

Total delivery time is the sum of processing time (3–10 business days, depending on the artwork’s complexity) plus EMS International shipping (5–10 business days worldwide). Most customers receive their order within 8–20 business days total. You will also see a live Estimated Delivery Date on every product page before you order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on every order, worldwide — no minimum, no hidden fees. We ship exclusively via EMS International Express so you get fast, tracked, door-to-door delivery at zero cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship from our workshop in Oman to over 100 countries worldwide. During checkout, your shipping details are confirmed automatically based on your location.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Possibly. Customs duties, VAT/GST, and import handling fees are set by your country’s customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering if you are unsure about potential charges.

How are my wood wall art pieces packaged for shipping?

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop — usually within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also follow your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page.

My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days — should I worry?

Not usually. International EMS shipments often show no tracking updates for 3–7 days while crossing borders or passing through customs. If there is no movement after 10 business days, please email us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp and we will investigate immediately.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped yet. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering with the new address. Once the package is dispatched, we can no longer change the destination.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Standard orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them, before production begins. Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are made specifically for you.

How long do custom or personalised wood wall art orders take?

Custom orders typically take 7–14 business days of production time, plus 5–10 business days of EMS International shipping — giving a total window of around 12–24 business days worldwide. We will confirm the exact timeline with you after reviewing your design request.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Every piece is packaged to survive international transit, but in the rare case your order arrives damaged, please email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost.

What if my package is lost or never delivered?

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you never received it, or if it has been stuck in transit for more than 30 business days, contact us immediately at [email protected] or on WhatsApp. We will file a claim with EMS and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
