If your wood wall art is not exactly what you expected, we make returns simple: you have 7 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange on non-custom items, and we respond to every message within 24 hours. What if I received the wrong or defective item?
If your order arrives with the wrong item, a damaged piece, or a manufacturing defect, please email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue. Glamorwood covers the full cost of return shipping in these cases, and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
What if I changed my mind after receiving my order?
You can return any non-custom item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping in this case is the customer’s responsibility, but there is no restocking fee — once we receive the item in its original condition, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Can I return a personalised or custom item?
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order pieces — such as custom names, Quranic verses, city skylines, or personal logos — cannot be returned or exchanged, because each piece is crafted specifically for you. The only exception is if the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect; in that case, we will replace it at no cost.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Standard orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, before production begins in our Oman workshop. Custom or personalised orders move into production quickly, so cancellation may not always be possible — contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if my package arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it as lost, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] or on WhatsApp with photos of the damage and the outer packaging. We will open a claim with EMS and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +968 9459 1026 with your order number, the reason for return (or the item you would like to exchange for), and photos if the item is damaged or defective. We will confirm approval within 24 hours and send you the return shipping instructions.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we approve the refund within 48 hours. The amount is sent back to your original payment method and typically reaches your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
