Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is in the order confirmation email we sent you right after checkout. Look for the subject line “Your Glamorwood order has been received”. The number is displayed at the top of the email (for example, #1234).

How long does shipping take?

Because every piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 5–7 business days for crafting. Shipping times vary by destination:

  • Oman & GCC: 3–6 business days
  • MENA region: 5–10 business days
  • International (Europe, Americas, Asia): 7–14 business days

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number the moment your order ships.

My order hasn’t arrived in the expected time. What should I do?

First, check your tracking status using the form above — sometimes customs clearance or local courier handoff can cause short delays. If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 7 days, or if the expected delivery window has passed, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Yes — but only before your order has been shipped. Please message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once the package is handed over to the courier, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery address.
