What if I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and will send you the correct item as soon as possible.

What if I changed my mind and no longer want the item?

If you changed your mind and no longer want the item, you can still initiate a return within the 14-day return period. However, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel the order.

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package is lost or damaged while shipping, please contact us right away. We will look into the problem and find a solution. We may ask for photos of the damage or require you to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Can I return a personalized or custom item?

We do not accept returns on personalized or custom items unless they are defective or damaged.
